lower helm

Post by eyecatcher »

Looking to add the lower helm to my 1977 35. I may go custom but I like the original style. Does anyone have one they have removed they are willing to part with? I'm looking for controls, dash panel, helm pump, compass etc.

Wow. First time I’ve seen that request. Most folks are looking to remove it. May I ask why you’d like to add a lower helm?

Cool. I'm actually putting in cockpit controls for fishing but would like to have the lower helm thats where the party is. The 42' Henriques Hardtop bridge is legit.

If the steering is hydraulic it's easy to install but the more throttle cables running to the engines the stiffer the throttles and clutches become.
