Hey Guys: I am trying to send out the checks to the caterer for the dinner and the Beach Club for the rental and have run into a problem… Most of the people who I know have made reservation etc. have not sent in a check yet. Please don’t leave me hanging on to the bag here. Once again, if you don’t want a dinner cooked for you that fine, but you really should come to the party and bring your own food. It would be really nice to have everybody that is going to the rendezvous show up and party with us. It is BYOB. Well if you forgot it break down like this: $20 per person to get in (rental of Beach Club Cost) $35 per Adult for a Dinner $5 per Child for a Dinner (12 and under) So Timmy doesn’t make a mistake… That’s $55 per Adult for dinner and $25 per Child. If you have not made a slip reservation and want to come to the dinner, that’s fine. I will be able to find boat dockage for a few hours for those of you who wish to head over by sea for the party and then depart (please contact me before you show up). If you want to head over and spend the night without a boat, most people are staying at the Wesley House in Oak Bluffs. The Wesley is directly in front of where all the Bertrams will be. You can sit on the porch and watch all the action. Help me out here guys. The more people the better.
